He works hand in hand with Paul Colantuoni, a very talented winemaker who blends Old World sophistication with New World exuberance. His extensive experience in both Europe and the US shaped his uniqueness.

Tasting Notes: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. A red dark color with bright red reflection fill the glass as dark and red fruits sing across the nose. This gives way to dark cherry and blackberry sensations on the palate with a vivid medium to full palate and a solid tannin structure underlining a chewy, yet silky finish.
