About the Wine
Theorize is one of the top Napa brands, employee-owned, spearheaded by the entrepreneurial Ryan Anderson. Together, the team works with Swiss-born winemaker Jean Hoefliger. Jean helped put the highly acclaimed Alpha Omega on the map after its launch in 2006. But it doesn't end there Jean is one of the most renowned wine consultants in Valley. Boasting a resume with brands like MR, Beckstoffer, Monteverro just to name a few. Jean’s passion, knowledge, scientific training, and innate ability put him in a unique position to take the best grapes around the world and transform them into wines worthy of world-class standing!
Aging: 12 months in 100% French Oak
Tasting notes: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark ruby with touches of royal red and garnet. A beautiful balance of spices like nutmeg, thyme with cherry pie, cedar, vanilla bean, touches of coconut and molasses, gingerbread. Fresh but lush entrance evolving on ripe sweet fruit like cherry preserve macerated strawberries lingering on tannins and cinnamon.
