In the heart of northern Alsace, the Wiebelsberg Grand Cru site holds a special place in the hearts of wine enthusiasts, with breathtaking views of the small town of Andlau. As one of only two Gran Cru vineyards in the area, you can expect only the best of the best. Today, brothers Thomas and Jean-Daniel Boeckel lovingly tend to the 25-hectare farm, with Thomas leading the way as the visionary winemaker.

Aging: After a slow fermentation, the wine was aged for 12-14 months on the lees.
