The 2022 vintage delivered the kind of Russian River Valley character collectors chase: deep red raspberry and black cherry fruit threaded through with wild oregano, sage leaf, mushroom, nutmeg and lavender. The wine moves with lithe smoothness, its mild oak tannins and acidity lifting rather than weighing down the fruit.
