Clement is a passionate winemaker who gained his expertise working in Beaune. He’s a very well-recognized winemaker in the area. A few years ago he won a regional award, being recognized as one of the “Young Talented Winemakers” of the year. 

The Lamblin family owns different vineyards in some of the best terroirs in Burgundy like Auxerre. In the Chablis appellation, they’re vineyards are made out of Gand Cru, Premer Cru, and Petit Chablis. All the vineyards are managed with sustainable practices.
