95% Hondarrabi Zuri 5% Gros Manseng. Very slight and fine bubbles of carbon dioxide, typical of this type of txakoli. Intense aromas of white fruits like pear and apple, citrus fruits like grapefruit, and tropical fruits like pineapple and passion fruit appear on the nose. On the palate, it is very balanced and fresh, with a certain sensation of a spicy needle on the tongue and very integrated acidity. Long and aromatic finish. Pair this wine with appetizers, hors d'oeuvres, slightly cured cheeses, shellfish, fish, rice, and legumes.
