Sancerre is an appellation located in the eastern part of the Loire Valley. This appellation produces red and rosé, but it’s undoubtedly the white Sancerre the flagship style of the whole region.

This wine is a reflection of its roots—literally. The vines, averaging 35 years of age, are planted on limestone and clay-limestone slopes that date back to the Portlandian and Kimmeridgian eras. Harvested parcel by parcel, the grapes are given careful attention during vinification, with slow fermentation and aging on fine lees to preserve their purity and expression.
