Sancerre is an appellation located in the eastern part of the Loire Valley. This appellation produces red and rosé, but it’s undoubtedly the white Sancerre the flagship style of the whole region. 

We love Sancerre, and so do some of the most celebrated wine critics in the world, like Robert Parker who described Sancerre as "a beacon of purity and precision,” or Wine Enthusiast who said it is "the epitome of elegant white wines.”

If the rolling hills of Sancerre could bottle their charm, they’d call it the 2023 Raimbault et Fils Sancerre. This is not just wine; it’s a story in a glass, crafted by the talented Raimbault brothers, who have turned their family’s legacy into liquid gold. Guided by their father Rémy and inspired by generations before him, they’ve elevated Sauvignon Blanc to new heights.

This Sancerre isn’t your everyday Sauvignon Blanc. It’s a love letter to the region, combining grapes from the region’s famed terres blanches and caillottes.

The winemaking here is all about finesse. After a gentle pressing, the juice is left to chill for 24–48 hours before a meticulously monitored fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Every step is deliberate, from ageing on fine lees to a careful, sulphite-light approach. 

But don’t let its sophistication intimidate you. This is a wine that loves life, just like you. Pair it with a plate of Chavignol goat cheese (crottin, for the initiated), a platter of oysters, or even a sunny day and good company. It’s versatile, approachable, and downright irresistible.
