Fasoli Gino has been working Veneto since 1925 — and went fully organic in 1979, when the second-generation Gino Fasoli developed a chemical allergy and decided the vineyards had to change. By 1984, the estate had committed to organic principles across the board.

Today, they're the only biodynamic producer in the region, a century-old family operation that's spent the last forty years proving you don't need shortcuts to make honest wine.

La Corte del Pozzo Pinot Grigio comes from the morainic hills around Lake Garda in the Bardolino district — soils shaped by ancient glaciers, the kind of terrain that gives Pinot Grigio mineral backbone without asking it to shout.

This is the grape Veneto does best when the farming is clean and the winemaking stays out of the way: bright, saline, built for the table.

In the glass: soft white fruit — pear, white peach — with floral lift and a saline edge on the finish.
