Veeder, Spring Mountain, Oakville, Atlas Peak, and Carneros.

This Chardonnay comes from Los Carneros, the cool coastal pocket where morning fog and afternoon breezes keep the grapes fresh and zesty. It’s all about that balance — crisp and bright with a touch of silkiness that makes every sip a little adventure. Expect juicy peach, ripe apricot, and zesty citrus, finishing long and smooth. Handpicked at night to lock in freshness, then aged gently in oak barrels (mostly neutral, with a hint of used barrels for richness), it’s a wine that’s as versatile as it is tasty.

Aging: 6 months in oak—20% in two-year-old barrels and 80% in neutral oak.
