Sancerre is an appellation located in the eastern part of the Loire Valley. This appellation produces red and rosé, but it’s undoubtedly the white Sancerre the flagship style of the whole region. 

We love Sancerre, and so do some of the most celebrated wine critics in the world, like Robert Parker who described Sancerre as "a beacon of purity and precision,” or Wine Enthusiast who said it is "the epitome of elegant white wines.”

If the rolling hills of Sancerre could bottle their charm, they’d call it the 2023 Raimbault et Fils Sancerre. This Sancerre isn’t your everyday Sauvignon Blanc. It’s a love letter to the region, combining grapes from the region’s famed terres blanches and caillottes.

The winemaking here is all about finesse. After a gentle pressing, the juice is left to chill for 24–48 hours before a meticulously monitored fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Every step is deliberate, from ageing on fine lees to a careful, sulphite-light approach.
