Vermouth was born in Turin in the 18th century, prized by the House of Savoy and refined over generations as a royal aperitif. Mirafiore began producing it in the early 1900s, continuing the tradition with recipes rooted in Piedmont's aromatic heritage.

This bottling is built on fresh Piedmontese white wines and Moscato, then fortified and infused with 46 botanicals—roots, flowers, fruits, and spices—extracted naturally and blended with wine, sugar, and alcohol. The process follows the old formulas, and the result is a vermouth that's herbaceous, floral, and built for mixing or drinking straight.

On the nose, gentian and candied orange lead, backed by light floral notes. The palate is velvety, enveloping, with a clean, slightly bitter finish that keeps it from turning sweet. Citrus zest, aromatic herbs, and subtle vanilla balance against a crisp, refreshing close.
