For this rosé wine, the grapes are softly pressed as a white and fermented to a temperature of 10 to 12°C for about 14 days. Aged in steel, on the yeast with battonage at low temperature, to maintain freshness and give structure and balance.
Tasting Notes: Soft coral and brilliant color. On the nose, intense and persistent bouquet with floral notes, cherry and strawberry. Balanced on the palate, ground and fresh with frutal aftertaste in mouth. This rosé pairs excellent with appetizers, starters and fish dishes
