Domaine Jean-Paul Balland, a family-owned estate in Bué, spans 48 acres and is now under the guidance of Jean-Paul's daughters, Isabelle and Elise. The vineyards benefit from diverse soils—clay-limestone "White Lands," stony "Caillottes," and clay-siliceous terrains—each contributing to the wine's complexity and minerality.​

100% Sauvignon Blanc. This wine shines with a clear, pale yellow hue. Its intense bouquet of citrus and peach flowers expands with aeration, revealing ripe white peach, pink grapefruit, honeyed sweetness, and subtle white flowers. On the palate, it’s lively and generous, featuring ripe white peach, pink grapefruit, quince, and elegant minerality. The broad, lingering finish leaves a refreshing note of fresh almond.
