Antica Vigna is a second label to the SalvaTerra winery that is used to produce wines that don't fit their typical Amarone production. Tenute SalvaTerra was born in Cengia, a hamlet of San Pietro in Cariano, in the heart of the classic Valpolicella, in one of the most beautiful Venetian residences of the late 15th century: Villa Giona, surrounded by cypresses, olive trees, centuries-old stone walls, and vineyards. The estate exists as an expansive verdant garden, with an excellent winery onsite.
