94 Point Cru Classé de Graves: 2015 Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte Le Petit Haut Lafitte

We are delighted to introduce you to the 2015 Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte Le Petit Haut Lafitte, a wine that epitomizes the essence of Graves. Crafted from 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot, this deep and dense wine is the second label of the prestigious Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte, a Grand Cru Classified Château from Graves.

From the vineyard to the cellar, all the production techniques used in crafting this wine are identical to its older brother, the Grand Vin. The result is a rich and concentrated wine that expresses an elegant blend of red and black fruits, cherry, raspberry, and blackcurrant with some aromatic herb notes.

This amazing wine has been aged for 14 months in French oak barrels (20% new) and offers a lovely floral touch, eucalyptus, and dry herb notes that pair beautifully with red meat, BBQ, and grilled vegetables.

Since 1990, the 200-acre vineyard has been managed under sustainable and organic practices, and in 2019, the estate was organic certified and started to implement biodynamic viticulture. Hence, a wine that captures the essence of its magnificent terroir.

Don't miss the opportunity to taste this fantastic wine that has received outstanding reviews from wine experts such as James Suckling, Falstaff, Vinous Media, Tim Atkin, Wine Spectator, and Robert Parker.

Savor the flavor and let your taste buds experience the true essence of Graves.
