95-97 Point Vintage: 2019 Madame de Beaucaillou

Who wouldn’t want to be one of the first to pop the cork on the inaugural vintage of a new label from a storied Bordeaux property that dates back to 1720? Today is your chance to do just that.

From the iconic 2nd Growth Classified Château Ducru-Beaucaillou comes today's offer: 2019 Madame de Beaucaillou Haut Medoc.

This little wine of a gem comes from the vineyard plots brought by the one and only Madame Eugène-Borie when she married and more recently by the acquisition of plots from Madame Fort-Pradère. The wine was created as a homage to the woman who chaired the Supervisory Board from 1998 to today, but also to an attentive and loving mother.

This Bordeaux blend of 39% Merlot, 37% Cabernet Sauvignon, 21% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot is seductive and fruity with a beautifully aromatic nose. This is a very indulgent wine, well-balanced with a nice finish.

An amazing value wine that's not only loved by us but by some of the world’s most important critics like James Suckling who called it “attractive & sophisticated”in its 92pt review. And Jeb Dunnuck said that “it has the vintage's purity and focus,”in its 90pt review.

And we say, here’s your chance to indulge in this amazing 92pt Ducru-Beaucaillou’s third label, andhave a taste of the high-quality and expertise of the 2ndGrowth Ducru-Beaucaillou’s winemaking team, without having to spend an arm and a leg!
