This is an eight-year cellar bonkers of a wine that absolutely blew us away. We have to admit, we weren’t quite sure who Sei Querce was until we fired up our sleuth hats…. AND what we found made all the sense for what was in the bottle… {dark blackberries, cassis, black cherry, cocao nib/dark chocolate, sweet oak, and a 30-second decadent finish. Pure silk! YUM!)}. They are serious about their vineyards and the fruit they grow (organic, plus many other certifications), and it’s no mistake as to why you find their fruit in bottles of some of the top Cab houses in the world.
