Sparkling wine is happiness in a glass, and while I truly advocate for sparkling to be drunk on any given day, I could not imagine New Year’s Celebration without this bubbly delight.

Scott Fitzgerald once said a phrase that is completely applicable for this time of the year: "Too much of anything is bad, but too much Champagne is good.” Let's rephrase Mr. Fitzgerald's quote and say, "Too much of anything is bad, but too much Sparkling Wine is good."

If you’re still hesitant about which wines to open this New Year’s Eve, don’t panic, we’ve got you covered! Today, I’m excited to share with you this curated selection of Sparkling wines, from Champagne to Cava, from Prosecco to Cremant and more. Best part of it all: At a different range of prices to suit any pocket + Free Shipping on 6 or more bottles!

All these 12 bottles of Sparkling Wines were selected by OUR expert sommeliers so you can rest assured that they will satisfy even the most demanding palates.

Check out these 12 Perfect Sparkling Wines to Open on New Year's Eve:

Oriol Rossell is one of the best unsung Cava producers crafting estate-produced wines with organic viticultural practices
Tasting Notes: Intense aroma with fruity and floral hints and gentle notes of aging. On the palate, the wine is fresh, slightly sweet, and a very round palate. Recommended with assorted salads, pasta, rice, and fish dishes.
Valdo Spumanti 'Ca Del Cino' Prosecco
Fragrant, light, and floral. These are the adjectives that best describe Prosecco. Thanks to its authentic nature, this is a wine that has been able to reinvent itself from a regional table wine to a status symbol for toasting and celebrations, in Italy and beyond.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of green apples, and golden delicious, demi-sec like taste soft and long-lasting finish. Excellent as an aperitif, ideal with salumi and smoked fish.
Celene 'Opale' Cremant de Bordeaux Blanc de Blanc NV
This style of wine is the perfect alternative to Champagnes, which are generally more expensive. So, if you're into bubbles, but don't want to spend an arm and a leg, try this one!
Tasting Notes: Extremily aromatic, presenting notes of brilliant white flowers and exotic fruits. The palate is bright and refreshing, best served ice cold.
Aimery Cremant Brut Limoux NV
Sieur d’Arques is a team of passionate and hard-working wine lovers, and as a result, they produce magnificent wines.
Tasting Notes:  Hints of lemon zest, apricots, hazelnut and bread. On the palate with flavors of green apple and citrus fruits. Best paired with seafood, soft cheeses and oysters!
De Saint Gall 'Le Selection' Champagne NV
Champagne de Saint-Gall Wines begin with the region’s choicest grapes, grown on some of Champagne’s most sought-after terroirs. Its Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are cultivated on Grand Cru and Premier Cru teroirs stretching from the Cotes des Blancs to Montagne de Reims in some of Champagnes loveliest villages.
Tasting Notes:  Toasted cashews, aromas of dried grapefruit and lemon citrus lead to quite a fresh, dry, and crisp palate with simple, apple and pear flavors.
Oriol Rossell Cava Brut Rosé
Oriol Rossell Cava Brut Rosé is produced from estate-owned vineyards situated 150 meters above sea level. The soils here are predominantly poor, chalky clay-loam with some sandy-loam.
Tasting Notes:  The wine is perfectly balanced, delicate, and delicious. Recommended to pair with frivolity, laughter, and just about any food including cheese, appetizers, seafood, dessert, breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Yes, this wine is that fun and flexible.

2009 Louis Dousset Assemblage Grand Cru Brut
Have you ever tasted the passion, dedication, caring, hours and hours of hard work, the perfect combination of climate and soils, the love and traditions? This wine is all that and more
" Lively, youthful, and peach-scented wine with crisp red apple, strawberry, honey, and tangerine flavors, a supple mouse, and appley finish." ~90 Decanter
2009 Sieur d'Arques Aimery Crémant de Limoux Brut
In 1990 the AOC Crémant de Limoux was born and with it the new label of the house: "Sieur d'Arques Aimery Cremant de Limoux Brut" made from the traditional method or "Champenoise" method and with a higher percentage of Chardonnay grapes.
Tasting Notes:  Delicate bubbles, great acidity and a hint of sweetness. Notes of acacia honey and soft toasted hazelnut. On the palate with flavors of green apple and citrus fruits. Best paired with salmon or any fresh fish dishes.
Ocaso Malbec Rosé Mendoza Extra Brut NV
It's not every day that you see a rosé of Malbec. Typically one would think of the wines made from this grape to be big lush reds and not a crisp refreshing rosé, let alone a sparkling rosé. Imagine tasting the big fruity aromas of Malbec and applying that to a crisp and dry sparkling rosé... voilà! We have a masterpiece.
Tasting Notes:  With a light ruby color and fine persistent bubbles, the wine is jam-packed with red fruits, ripened strawberries, and raspberries. The wine is perfectly balanced, delicate, and delicious.

2020 La Bollina Moscato d'Asti Canelli "Tandem"
The grapes for this wine are grown in the Canelli area. Canelli is located 190 meters above sea level with south exposure, southeast with a 15% slope.
Tasting Notes:  On the nose, floral and fruity bouquet with tones of acacia, pear, golden apple, pineapple and mint. On the palate, fresh and fragrant, lovely sweetness and cheerful bubblesClassic sparkling sweet wine perfect to pair with dessert.
2009 Ferrari Riserva Lunelli Trento DOC
Ferrari has been producing sparkling wine in Trento for over 100 years. Giulio Ferrari's original dream for this company was for the wine to compete with the greats of Champagne This 100% Chardonnay sparkler is a chiseled, energetic wine that would impress even the most staunch Champagne drinkers.
"The age of this elegant sparkler contributes to the generosity and important complexity of this beautiful and elegant wine." ~94 Wine Advocate
NV Henri Abele Brut Champagne
Founded in 1757, Henri Abelé is one of the oldest Maisons in Champagne. It is home to an age-old “savoir-faire”; its 250-year-old heritage combined with carefully considered choices, guided by a love of champagne and the very highest standards.
"Lightly floral on the nose, featuring hints of ripe plum, toast, crunchy white peach, and lemon pith, with a zesty, minerally underpinning on the palate. A well-meshed version, offering a firm, clean-cut finish." ~91 Wine Spectator
